What is the minimum order quantity for your apparel manufacturing services?
We provide the service of smaller minimums orders of 50 pieces per design to apparel companies and brands all over the world. So they can start their company with their unique designs and market them to get more orders. This small quantity also avoids sampling hassles for brands that want to order more, but first need to check the market for their designs.

Do you have any refund policy?
We provide our customers with strict quality-controlled goods without exemption according to our quality standard. Once the customized goods have been shipped, we do not issue any refunds or accept returns at all. So you can ask for pictures, video conference or you can visit our website to check the orders quality. You can make any changes on the garments as long as the order is with us, but once it is shipped, we can still make the changes but you will have to pay for the shipment and re-shipment of the garments.
What are your shipping details?
The standard turn-around time is 10-15 days. Due to service disruptions and the limited transportation availability as a result of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, your packages may require more time to be delivered. We offer track-able international shipping *IMPORT DUTIES AND ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL IMPORT CHARGES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICE OR SHIPPING CHARGES. Order confirmation?
After your payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
Processing time?
The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days. Processing includes creating, checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email. If you place your order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

All customers are charged at the time of order placement. All payments are in USD.
Order cancellation and change request?
We have a no cancellation policy. For any change requests to your order such as quantity, image upload, color, size, or Shipping Address information, please contact us within 12 hours upon order confirmation at instagram. Please note that any request received after the 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We have no refund or return policy.
